Home Care

One of our dedicated and trained staff can attend your home to help with your daily needs.

Meal Preperation

We can prepare meals and snacks for you throughout the day  .

Set times

with 15 minute block times we can be with you for as long as you require.
  1. A supportive, caring and helping hand. -Our caring and compassionate staff are fully trained to deal with most situations. The experience gained from over 15 years providing care at home and in the community is invaluable. We can provide help with washing, bathing, help with medication, meal preparation, companionship and social outings.
  2. Drink and Snack preparations.- The key to staying healthy is eating and drinking correctly. Here at Lynton we can take the hassle out of this, by offering to come to your home to prepare snacks and drinks to full meal provisioning.
  3. Shopping options to cater your needs.- Whether you want to be accompanied on your shopping trip or have us do the shopping for you, we can help. Financial logs are kept to ensure the protection of everyone involved.  We can also accompany you to hospital and GP appointments.
  4. Health Care.- Our staff receive all training necessary to assist you in the maintenance of your health and wellbeing. 
  5. Fully Insured Drivers.- Our carers all hold a full valid driving license with the appropriate insurance to ensure we can deliver our service to you near or far.
  6. Anything from a 15 minute call out to 24 hour care.- We carry out anything from a 15 minute call to check on somebodys safety or make a light snack right up to full 24 hour care packages.
We currently operate within the boundary of Cardiff County Council and we are able to provide service between 06:30am and 11:00pm seven days per week.

We offer home visits which can vary in duration from 15 minutes to 1 hour in multiples of 15 minutes for our clients, people of all ages, and varying degrees of disability. 

Local Authority funded
You may have received an assessment of your needs by a local social worker whom will then commission our service on your behalf. The local authority will pay for your service directly to ourselves, however you may be liable for a contribution charge. This will be identified to you by your local authority. We do not manage or collect this contribution.

Privately funded
Depending on your personal circumstances, you may have decided that you will pay for your service on a private arrangement with ourselves or be in receipt of funding via the independent living fund (ILF) . You will then be liable to pay us directly for your service on a weekly invoice / payment cycle.

Our staff will come to you when you require and carry out tasks that we have discussed, assisting you in your need to make your daily needs easier .

All our careers are thourghly checked before they are allowed to work in the community, some of the thigs we do with them are: 

      *     DBS check
      *     Fully train our staff 
      *     Refrence checks on our staff

A Disclosure and Barring Service check or DBS Check for short is a assurance check carried out on all our staff to insure that they are suitable for the role they are taking out to keep our clients and staff safe.

The Cost of services vary from individual to individual and their needs.  to get a more acurate cost please contact us and we can discuss a suitable package to you for yout needs.

There are options to get help with the cost of care. Your local authority can assist you in this matter and advise you yhe process if you are eligble.
